To enter contest, guests must fill out entry form by September 8, 2009 at 6 p.m. EST. One winner will be selected at random on or before September 20, 2009. Winner to receive a 7-night Mediterranean cruise for two, complete with round-trip economy airfare departing from gateway city closest to winner’s residence. Winner will be offered three choices of ships and sailing dates at Costa Cruise Lines' (CCL) sole discretion. There is no value placed on the cruise. Not included in the prize are: the cruise fuel supplement (if any), government taxes and fees on cruise travel, government taxes and fees on air travel, gratuities, optional shore excursions, onboard personal expenses (i.e., laundry, certain beverages, telephone calls, etc.), hotels and transportation and transfers to/from the airport/pier. The company reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests at up to $9 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel. Ship and stateroom space is subject to availability. Additional restrictions apply. Stateroom accommodations are selected at the exclusive discretion of CCL. The stateroom category will be a minimum ocean-view stateroom. If space is available, stateroom upgrades are available at an additional cost. Third and fourth persons are permitted in the same stateroom and will be charged the per person brochure rate plus government taxes. To claim the prize, the winner must send the original of the cruise redemption voucher (the “Voucher”), together with payment for government taxes and fees, to CCL’s Marketing Department at the address indicated on the Voucher. The Voucher must include three choices of sailing dates. CCL will not accept photocopies or partial Vouchers. The Voucher is valid for one-year from issuance and cannot be extended. The Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable and has no cash redemption value. The Voucher cannot be resold and cannot be used as partial payment toward another cruise. Tickets will be forwarded prior to sailing after the government taxes and fees have been paid to CCL. CCL’s insurance program, overnight hotel accommodations, pre- and post-cruise packages are not available for purchase by winners. If it is necessary to cancel the booking, the cruise fuel supplement (if any) and government taxes and fees on cruise travel are refundable but certain other charges may be non-refundable. Cancellation of a cruise after confirmation will result in the forfeiture of the Voucher. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperone that is at least 25 years old.
